If you login at home, then login at work without logging out, the system will count this as a multiple login.

The videos on the Perth Racing web site are very large in file size and bit rate compared to most other race replays available on the internet. This is so are users can more easily study the form off the videos.

4.

What Internet connection do I need to play the videos without them buffering (stopping and starting)

Ideally to view videos on the Perth Racing web site, you should be connected to an ADSL2 plan with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

An ADSL2 broadband connection allows for much higher speeds than the old ADSL1 broadband.

You should contact your service provider if you are unsure what Internet connection you have.

If you do have an ADSL1 internet connection, you should ensure your plans is a minimum 512kbps connection speed.

At this speed, the videos on the Perth Racing web site should not buffer, BUT outside influences such local network congestion may result in slight buffering of videos.

An ADSL1 plan of 1.5Mbps should ensure the videos on Perth Racing will not buffer. *

Local companies such as iinet, Amnet and Westnet are excellent providers of ADSL2 broadband and should be considered over Eastern States ISPs such as Big Pond and Optusnet.

To avoid videos buffering (stopping and starting) let the green line go to the end of the player before playing video

5.

The videos on the web site were fast, now they are slow

If you find the videos on the web site are much slower to download, please check your download quota with your Internet Service Provider.

You may have gone over your monthly quota and been 'shaped' to a slower speed.

6.

I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password you can click on the forgotten password link on the home page to retrieve your password. If you do not receive the password email, you should contact Perth Racing to ensure your email address is correct.
