Dress Standards

The minimum dress standard is smart, clean, neat attire which should reflect the standard of the WATC as a Principal Club in Australia with the following provisos:

Mounting Yard Dress Standards

The following dress standard applies to all racing patrons entering the Mounting Enclosure area. Please ensure you are suitably attired to reflect the standard of Perth Racing.

Gentlemen

  • Tailored trousers. No jeans or shorts.
  • Collared shirt, must be tucked in. No polo shirts or similar.
  • Dress shoes or boots.

Ladies

  • Smart attire. No denim. No thongs or sports shoes. No shorts.

Strappers

Strappers bibs must be worn to and from the mounting yard and parade ring.
